Yes. Every Bed model here is free, and the community models in the gallery are released under CC0, so they can be used in commercial renders, games and prints without attribution. Models you generate on a Free plan are CC BY 4.0 and need a credit to Meshy.

No. Each model imports at roughly one to two units tall; scale it to your scene's units in Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine or SketchUp. Proportions are consistent within the model, so one uniform scale is enough.

Yes. The PBR textures render directly in Cycles, Eevee, Unreal Engine and Unity, and OBJ or GLB import into SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and Rhino. For close-up hero shots you may want to refine the material in your renderer.
