Yes, we take data security seriously. If you are using the web app, your data is stored securely with Amazon Web Services in the United States. We will NOT share your data or use it for any training purpose without your consent.

For AI texturing, we support uploading models in .fbx, .obj, .stl, .gltf, and .glb formats. Be sure to upload one model at a time. The size limit for the web app is 50MB. For Text to 3D and Image to 3D, we support downloading models in .fbx, .obj, .usdz, .glb, .stl, and .blend formats.

Yes, we currently have Blender plugin and Unity plugin.

Yes. Under our Terms of Use, you own the assets created through our platform, provided that you have used materials that do not violate the copyrights of others in the process of generating your model. If you are on a premium plan, you own all assets you create with Meshy. If you are on a free plan, we grant you a CC BY 4.0 license instead.

Yes. As a premium subscriber, the models you create using Meshy are exclusively yours, and you have full rights to distribute and sell them.

However, if you're a free user, you are also welcome to sell the models, but we kindly ask that you credit Meshy for the tool's use in the description of your commercial page.

In the Meshy platform, Credits function as a form of internal currency or token.

They can be utilized to access and pay for various services offered by Meshy. Users can employ Credits to submit generation tasks or to tip and appreciate the work of others.

Certainly! We provide free users with 100 credits every month, which automatically reset at 00:00 (UTC) on the first day of each month. Additionally, you can earn extra credits daily by publishing your work with our community, sharing it on Discord, and referring friends.

There are two types of credits, monthly credits and permanent credits. Monthly credits reset every month, whereas permanent credits do not expire.

Monthly credits are part of your subscription plan. Permanent credits include extra credits you purchase or free credits you earn as rewards.

You can upgrade your subscription whenever you like, with changes taking effect instantly.

To do so, navigate to the Settings - Subscription page. In the “Current Plan” section, click on the “Manage Plan” button. This will redirect you to the Stripe payment management page, where you can select a new plan seamlessly.

We generally don’t provide refunds, given the high operational costs associated with AI services powered by expensive GPUs.

However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us via email at support@meshy.ai to explain your case. Be sure to include:

• - Your account email
• - A detailed reason for your refund request.
• - The invoice number of the payment (which was emailed to you at the time of payment).

We will review your request and determine if a refund can be issued. Normally this will take 3 business days to process.

We gladly accept all major credit cards and offer a range of popular payment options, including Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, Link, and iDEAL.

For our Enterprise plans, we can also accommodate wire transfers upon request.

We use Stripe as our payment processor. This means that when you make a payment, all payment details are handled directly by Stripe and Meshy does not have access to your credit card data.

After your subscription is successful, an invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
