Thin strips of roasted red pepper, glossy and slightly wrinkled from roasting, rolled around a cylinder of crumbly white feta cheese. The feta has a matte finish with small cracks and visible curds. The pepper’s edges have a subtle burnt gradient and a soft sheen.
