Monolithic altar block carved from dark slate, rectangular with slightly tapered sides. Top surface engraved with deep concentric circles and intersecting lines. Edges chipped and corners worn smooth from age. Texture is rough, with visible tool marks and fine cracks. Base wider than top, giving a grounded, heavy presence. No ornamentation beyond the simple carvings.
