Create a compact ground robot inspired by a small hexagonal rescue rover silhouette. Hard-surface sci-fi design with a police patrol car shell: blue/white paint, “POLICIA” decals, badge emblem, roof lightbar, front grille and bumper details. Add two side-mounted motors (one on each flank) as visible cylindrical drive modules with brackets and vents. Replace traditional antennas with two toggle-switch interrupters on top (metal levers, labeled ON/OFF). Include small wheels/tracks underneath, panel lines, screws, and rugged edges.
