A grotesque, elongated mutant worm with a segmented, slimy body. Its flesh is covered in pulsating veins, exposed muscles, and bioluminescent patterns. It moves with writhing, undulating motions, and its maw is lined with rows of sharp, retractable teeth. Some parts of its body may sprout malformed limbs or sensory tendrils.
