A grotesque, mutated rat with elongated, gnarled limbs and hunched posture. Its skin is a patchwork of diseased, leathery grey and putrid green, stretched taut over visible skeletal protrusions. Patches of coarse, matted fur, caked with grime and dried blood, cling to its spine. Its eyes are sunken, pinprick orbs of dull yellow, set in a skull-like head with exposed, overgrown incisors that gleam with a sickly, bone-like sheen.
