Free 3D Print Files — Download STL, 3MF & OBJ

Download free, CC0-licensed 3D print files for FDM and resin printers. Every model is printability-checked and photographed as a real print, so you know it prints before you start.

Free · CC0 licensed · printability-checked · every card shows a photo of the finished print, and new prints are added as the Maker Program grows

What you'll find here

Free STL Files, Printed and Photographed

This is a library of free 3D print files you can download today — STL, OBJ, and 3MF, released under CC0. Every entry was designed in Meshy, printed for real, and photographed on the build plate, so the cover image shows a finished object instead of a render.

All files are released under CC0, so you can download, remix, and sell what you print with no attribution required. Each model is also checked for printability — watertight mesh, manifold edges, sane wall thickness — before it is listed. Every card leads with the maker's own photo of the finished print, so you see the object as it came off the plate before you commit filament to it.

Most entries also keep the AI concept image that started them, so the full line from idea to physical object stays visible. Browse by theme — Halloween, fall decor, desk organizers, chess and games, or figurines — download the STL, and print it yourself. If you are looking for free 3D print assets, or wondering where to find 3D printer files, every download here was already printed by the person who made it, not merely rendered. Want to make your own? Describe it in a sentence or upload a photo and export a print-ready file in about a minute.

How to Make a Real Print from an AI Concept

Every model on this page started as a sentence or a photo. The same pipeline is open to you.

Describe it or upload a photo

Type what you want to print, or drop in a reference image. No CAD and no modeling experience needed.

Generate a print-ready model

Meshy returns a watertight mesh in about a minute, checked for holes and non-manifold edges, and exported as STL, OBJ, or 3MF.

Print it for real

Slice the file, print it, and photograph the result. That last step is how every case on this page earned its place.

Already have a 3D model file?

Bring your own STL, OBJ or GLB into the Meshy workspace and get it print-ready: check printability, split it to fit your build plate, set up a multi-color print, add a base, then send it straight to your slicer or order a print.

Free 3D Print Files — Frequently Asked Questions

Every model downloads as STL, 3MF, OBJ or GLB — pick the format in the download panel on its card. STL is the format every slicer accepts; 3MF carries the same watertight mesh plus colour and unit metadata. Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, Cura and PrusaSlicer all read these files directly.

CC0 means the maker has waived all rights. You can download, modify, and sell physical prints of these files commercially, with no attribution required and no limit on how many you print. Check the badge on each card — every model on this page is CC0. Meshy account terms still apply to the platform itself.

Yes. Each model is checked for printability — watertight geometry, manifold edges, and reasonable wall thickness — and every cover image on this page is a photograph of an actual finished print, not a render. If a maker's print failed, the model does not appear here.

The STL files slice in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, Cura, PrusaSlicer, and any other standard slicer. They print on common FDM machines such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, and Elegoo, and on resin printers at the maker's suggested scale. Each model is printability-checked before it is listed.

Browsing is open to everyone. To download, use the Download button on the card: it opens a format picker (STL, 3MF, OBJ or GLB) and saves the file right there, without leaving this page. Downloading requires a Meshy account — free plans include a limited number of community downloads per month, while Pro plans and above include unlimited downloads.

Join the Meshy Maker Program. Design a model in Meshy, print it, and photograph the finished piece — then submit it for review. Featured entries must have a real print photo as the cover, a complete description, and a printability-checked mesh. Makers in the program are named on every card and earn rewards for published work.

Yes. Open the Print sidebar in the Meshy workspace with your own STL, OBJ or GLB: it runs a printability check, splits large models to fit your build plate, sets up multi-color prints and adds a base. From there you can send the file directly to Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, Creality Print, Elegoo Slicer, Flash Studio or Snapmaker, or order a finished print through Form Now.
